Social Justice Lunches

Want to take action for a better society but don’t know where to start?

Or are you a seasoned campaigner looking to network with like-minded people?

Leeds Sanctuary's Social Justice Lunches are a space for everyone who dreams of a better world; whether you’re an experienced campaigner or a budding activist, you’re very welcome. We meet over lunch to hear from other campaigners, community organisers and local figures about local issues and campaigns, and in small groups we share tools and techniques for turning our concerns into action.

Our Social Justice Lunches are open to anyone of any faith or none, but if you’d like to know more about our Christian reasons for running the group, you can find out more at the link below.

Accessibility and Safeguarding

If you would like to come to one of our Social Justice Lunches but have concerns about a venue, please contact Emma Temple, our Justice Practitioner, for a conversation.

We believe that Safeguarding is at the heart of Sanctuary, and you can read our Safeguarding policy here. We do take photos at these events which may be shared in digital spaces and in print, but if you would prefer not to be in these photos, please let a member of our Team know on the day.
