The Enneagram
The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing tool which many people find to be useful in supporting them to deepen their understanding of why they feel, behave and respond as they do, and also in deepening their empathy for others as they come to understand more of how others see the world.
The Enneagram taps into our core motivations as well as our deepest compulsions. It does not shy away from the more difficult elements of being human, but dives right in!
Since 2020, we have run Retreat Days, a 5-week Enneagram Course, and a Book Club, and we’re building a wonderful community of people who are open to learning more about themselves and others. We have also recorded a 10-episode podcast series which we hope will be a great introduction for anyone who would like to know more.
Our Enneagram activities are open to anyone of any faith or none, but if you’d like to know more about our Christian reasons for running these activities, you can find out more here.
“If ever there’s a message for this moment, then what’s right about you is a good place to start…”

Make a donation
We are pleased to be able to offer our Enneagram activities for free, but we would be grateful if you would consider making a donation or becoming a regular giver to Leeds Sanctuary so that we can continue to run these sessions for anyone who would like to come.
For more information on how to do that, please click here.
Accessibility and Safeguarding
We recognise that not everyone is comfortable using digital technologies, and Zoom is subject to regular updates. If you’d like to try our Enneagram Book Club but need some help with technology, please contact Emily Smith, our Communications and Digital Lead, and we may be able to help you.
We believe that Safeguarding is at the heart of Sanctuary, and so we have put a great deal of thought into how we create safe spaces online. When you are first admitted to the Zoom meeting room, we will ask you to keep your camera switched on and say “hello”. To read our Safeguarding policy, please click here.
