Leeds Craftivists
Join Leeds Craftivists!
We are a collective of creatives and activists who use gentle crafting to create the kind and loving world we want to see.
We meet once a month to learn about local campaigns and use our community voice to call for action from people in power. By crafting small, beautiful objects and big, bold community art pieces, we educate ourselves and invite our whole Leeds community into the movement for change.
Our gentle activism approach also helps us to nourish ourselves with creativity, and take action in a way that is sustainable for our own wellbeing. Whether you’re a skilled artist or you can’t even thread a needle, you are so welcome to join us for an evening of crafting a better world together.
We usually meet on the first Monday of the month, and our next meetings will be on:
Monday 13 April
Monday 11 May
Monday 01 June
Monday 06 July
