Monday Mindfulness

Our weekly Monday Mindfulness group offers an opportunity to pause and be present at the start of the week. The sessions are run online every Monday from 12:30pm - 1.00pm, and facilitated by our Wellbeing Practitioner, Eleanor Gillott.

The sessions are open to all, but to access the Zoom log-in details, you will need to sign-up through this TicketSource event and a member of our Team will email the details to you.

Most of our staff team are Mental Health First Aiders. If you’d appreciate a conversation about your mental health or any concerns you have, please contact us and we can make arrangements.
